Our Texas Heritage

I just love Texas!  I was doing a small bit of research on historical video about Texas at Internet Archive when I stumbled on this piece by Robert Davis Productions from 1963.  This is a jewel of Texas propoganda ... a propoganda that Texas historians will agree began way back when Stephen F. Austin hit stride in promoting Texas for settlement, meaning immigration.  Back then they used the newspaper.  In 1963, they used 32 mm film.  Watch it ... for as long as you can.  This is classic 1960's Texas promotion.  Then, when you think about it, look at us now.
